Anya gives revenue leaders centralized control and visibility, and every seller a personal agent that hands them time back

AnySoft today announced general availability of Anya, the team sales agent that does the work around selling, built for teams that sell in person. Anya is in production at TipHaus, Testlio and Metropolis, the largest parking operator in North America.

Personal assistants such as Meta’s Muse, OpenAI’s Dots, xAI’s Grok and others are changing what people expect from software. Anya brings the personal-agent model to sales teams, where company context, permissions, playbooks and leadership visibility must work across an entire organization.

Instead of requiring every seller to build and maintain their own personal agents, Anya lets RevOps configure proactive agents once and deploy them across the company, a team or an individual seller.

Each seller gets a personal Anya that understands their accounts, meetings, priorities and way of working. RevOps controls the shared playbooks, methodology, terminology, permissions, approval rules and guardrails.

Leadership gets visibility into which agents ran, whether the work completed correctly, where attention is needed and what business outcomes the agents produced.

“Personal assistants make one person more productive. Anya helps an entire sales team operate like its best seller,” said Alex Noe, founder and CEO of AnySoft. “RevOps gets god mode. They can deploy proactive agents once, see the work happening across the team and improve the company playbook. Sellers keep their voice, judgment and customer relationships, recovering hours of administrative work.”

Over 98% of Anya’s work runs autonomously. She connects to more than 1,500 systems across email, CRM, calendars, conversations, documents, Slack and the broader revenue stack. She finds deals that need revival, prepares sellers for meetings, captures online and in-person context, writes follow-up emails in each seller’s voice as drafts for review, updates CRM records and re-engages deals before they go cold.

Sellers can work with Anya through SMS, email or the web. RevOps can deploy specialized agents that run after meetings, when emails arrive, on schedules or on demand.

Designed for the Team, Personal to the Seller

Most AI tools begin with an individual user. Each person connects their own applications, writes their own instructions and builds their own agents.

Anya reverses that model for sales organizations.

RevOps defines how work should happen across the company. Each seller’s Anya then applies those standards using the seller’s voice, accounts, relationships and judgment.

The result is a shared operating system that uniquely supports every seller.

What Revenue Leaders Are Saying

Anya is in use at revenue teams from restaurant software to SaaS, including Metropolis, the largest parking operator in North America with 23,000 employees, named to TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies of 2026 and to the CNBC Disruptor 50 in 2025 and 2026.

“We used to grow the accounts we remembered. With Anya, we grow the whole book.”
Bill MallekSVP Revenue, TipHaus
“Our sellers work across several systems, and I want an agent that works across them too, with the context to help them move deals forward.”
Rachel WalterHead of Revenue Operations, Testlio
“It’s that ability to create something that learns holistically about my business and the people, versus just about me.”
Brandon CohenVP of RevOps, Metropolis

RevOps Control Without Removing Seller Ownership

Anya gives revenue organizations:

  • 01
    Centralized deployment

Configure agents once and deploy them across the company, specific teams or individual sellers.

  • 02
    Company guardrails

Apply approved messaging, methodology, permissions and review rules.

  • 03
    Leadership visibility

See which agents ran, what work was completed and where attention is required.

  • 04
    Seller personalization

Preserve each seller’s voice, account knowledge and ownership of customer relationships.

  • 05
    Connected execution

Turn context from more than 1,200 systems into completed work across the existing revenue stack.

  • 06
    Continuous learning

Capture successful behaviors and make them available to the rest of the team.

“Sales teams do not need another dashboard telling them what already happened,” Noe said. “They need agents that complete the work, show leadership what happened and help every seller spend more time with customers.”

Built by the Team That Brought AI to Enterprise Sales

“We’ve built AI for sellers before, at scale,” Noe said. “I was VP of Product for Sales AI at Salesforce and shipped the first generative AI features to some of the largest sales organizations on earth. What we’re doing now is taking what those enterprises need and making it turnkey.”

Before founding AnySoft, Alex was Vice President of Product for Sales AI at Salesforce, where he helped ship the company’s first generative AI and autonomous sales-agent experiences.

Alex met AnySoft co-founder and CTO Sean Lynch at RelateIQ, where Sean pioneered passive sales-data capture roughly fifteen years ago: connect email and other systems, then surface customer signals without asking sellers to enter the data manually.

Salesforce acquired RelateIQ in 2014, and its technology became a key part of Sales Cloud Einstein. Sean later helped build Airkit.ai, which Salesforce acquired in 2023 as the company expanded into enterprise AI agents. The founders have brought AI to sellers at Salesforce scale across two generations of technology.

That experience now shapes Anya’s core product principles: capture context automatically, work across the existing stack and keep the seller focused on the customer.

About AnySoft

AnySoft is an Accel-backed AI company building Anya, the team sales agent that does the work around selling, built for teams that sell in person.

The company was founded by Alex Noe, former Vice President of Product for Sales AI at Salesforce, and Sean Lynch, an enterprise software and AI builder whose work at RelateIQ and Airkit helped bring passive data capture and AI agents to Salesforce scale.

Every seller gets a personal Anya. Every account gets a team of specialized agents. RevOps gets the control and visibility to make strong sales execution repeatable across the company.

Anya brings together context spread across email, CRM, calendars, conversations, documents and more than 1,200 connected systems, then turns that context into completed work.
