Anya joins your Webex meetings as a participant to help you run the call. Before the meeting she pulls together prep notes; in the meeting she answers questions and surfaces buying signals on a private back-channel; after the meeting she summarises what happened and drafts the follow-ups. The Webex integration gives Anya the calendar context and meeting access she needs to do that work, and nothing more.

What Anya does in Webex meetings
Anya is built around the full meeting lifecycle. The Webex integration plugs her into all four phases:
Pre-meeting prep
Anya reads the upcoming Webex event from your calendar, drafts a briefing on the account and attendees, and surfaces open questions and the goal of the call so you walk in ready.
Live meeting assistance
When the Webex meeting starts, Anya joins as a participant and listens. She can answer questions on the spot from your knowledge base, recall what was said earlier in the deal, and reframe objections in real time.
Back-channel coaching
A private side panel only the host sees. Anya flags buying signals, missing qualification (budget, timeline, decision makers), and risks while the call is in flight, without interrupting the customer.
Post-meeting debrief
After the call Anya produces a structured recap, captures next steps and commitments, and drafts the follow-up email and CRM updates so nothing falls through the cracks.
Who can install and use it
- Webex organization administrator. Authorizing the Anya integration from the Webex App Hub is an org-admin (or equivalently authorized) action. Once authorized, members of the organization can sign in to Anya with their Webex identity and enable the integration on their own account.
- Sales reps and other end users. Anya is designed for the person on the call — typically an account executive, sales rep, customer-success manager, or anyone who runs Webex meetings as part of their workflow.
- Anyone evaluating Anya. You can install Anya in a personal or trial Webex environment first; you don’t need to roll it out org-wide to try it.
Account requirements
Before you install Anya from the Webex App Hub, make sure you have:
- An active Cisco Webex account on a plan that includes Webex Meetings, with the ability to host or join the meetings you want Anya in.
- Permission to authorize a Webex Service App. Either you are a Webex organization administrator (org-wide install), or your org policy allows individual users to authorize third-party Service Apps for their own account.
- An Anya account on getanyagent.ai using the same work email as your Webex identity. Free to create; see Pricing below.
- A connected work calendar. Anya supports Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendars, and reads the Webex meeting link directly off the calendar event.
- A modern browser (current Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) for the Anya control panel.
Pricing
The Webex App Hub integration is included in every Anya plan at no extra cost — there is no separate Webex add-on. Plans are billed by AnySoft, not by Cisco.
- Free — $0 forever. 40 included assistant hours per month. 7-day personal memory. Up to 5 integrations. Good for evaluation and light use.
- IC Pro — $30 / user / month. 100 included assistant hours per month. Unlimited personal memory. Full autonomous workflows and 500+ integrations.
- Team — $79 / user / month. 200 included assistant hours per user per month. Shared org-wide memory across the team. Volume pricing on request.

How to get started
The full install takes a couple of minutes. Steps may vary slightly as Cisco updates the Webex App Hub UI.
- Find Anya in the Webex App Hub. Open the Webex App Hub and search for Anya (by AnySoft). Open the listing.
- Authorize the Anya Webex Service App. Click the install / connect action on the listing. Webex will prompt you to review the permissions Anya is requesting and confirm authorization. An org administrator can authorize the app for the whole organization, or an individual user can authorize it for their own account where allowed by org policy.
- Return to Anya and sign in. After Webex confirms the authorization, you’ll be returned to getanyagent.ai/control. Sign in (or create an account) using the same work email that’s associated with your Webex identity.
- Connect your calendar. So Anya knows about your Webex meetings, connect your work calendar from the Anya control panel. Anya supports Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendars and reads Webex meeting links directly off the events.
- Verify with a test meeting. Schedule a Webex meeting on your connected calendar (or send Anya a Webex link from the control panel), and confirm Anya appears as a participant when the meeting starts. From the Anya control panel you’ll see live transcript, the back-channel coaching pane, and — once the meeting ends — the debrief and follow-up draft.
If the integration doesn’t appear to be wired up, see Support & contact below.
What Anya needs access to
The exact list of scopes shown to you in the Webex authorization dialog is the source of truth — Webex displays them at install time and you can review them again from your org’s Webex Control Hub. In friendly language, Anya uses the integration to:
- Identify the user signing in. Read the signed-in user’s basic Webex profile (name, email, organization) so we can match them to their Anya account.
- See the meetings on the user’s calendar. Read upcoming and past Webex meeting metadata — title, start/end time, attendees, and the Webex meeting link — so Anya knows which meetings to prep for and which to join.
- Join meetings as a participant on the user’s behalf. Connect to a Webex meeting as a normal participant when the user asks Anya to attend. Anya is a visible, named participant on the call — never hidden.
- Read the in-meeting media stream. Receive the meeting’s audio (and optionally video) while Anya is on the call so she can transcribe, answer questions, and produce the post-meeting recap.
Anya does not request access to your Webex messaging spaces, contacts, files, or call recordings outside the meetings she’s actively joined.
Privacy, security & data handling
Meeting and calendar data is used solely to provide Anya functionality to the user and their organization. The full details of how AnySoft collects, uses, stores and protects personal information are in the AnySoft Privacy Notice and governed by the AnySoft Terms of Service. The highlights for the Webex integration:
- We do not sell your data. Calendar events, meeting transcripts, audio, and any derived intelligence produced by Anya are never sold to third parties or used to train a public model.
- Use is scoped to providing Anya. Webex meeting and calendar data is used to power Anya’s prep, live-call assistance, debrief, and follow-up features for the authorized user and their organization.
- Sub-processors. Anya uses a small set of vetted infrastructure and AI sub-processors to run the product (cloud hosting, meeting-bot infrastructure, large language model providers). These providers are contractually restricted to processing data on our instructions only.
- Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest in our managed cloud database.
- Bot is visible in the meeting. When Anya joins a Webex meeting she appears as a named participant in the participant list. She is not a hidden listener.
- Trust Center. See trust.anysoft.app for our security posture, certifications-in-progress, and sub-processor list.
Manage or revoke access
You stay in control of the integration at all times. Access can be revoked from either side:
- From Webex Control Hub (admin). Webex organization administrators can review or revoke the Anya Webex Service App authorization for the whole org from Apps → Service Apps (or the equivalent section in your Webex Control Hub). Revoking here will immediately disconnect Anya for all users in the organization.
- From your Webex account (end user). You can revoke Anya’s authorization from your personal Webex app authorizations / connected apps screen in the Webex web app. Revoking here will disconnect Anya from your individual account.
- From inside Anya. You can disconnect the Webex integration, disconnect the connected calendar, or delete your Anya account from the Anya control panel under Settings. Deleting your account also deletes the meeting memory associated with it, subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Notice.
